Please complete & submit returns form within 7 days of receipt of goods. On confirmation from Carnival Homewares, you will be sent instructions for return.
- We do not accept exchanges or returns for change of mind.
- Returns will be accepted for change of colour or size.
- We offer a refund for faulty product only.
- Returns must be in original packaging & in saleable condition.
- Carnival Homewares will be in contact with a reply & instructions for return of goods within 2 business days or earlier
